Office Administration Assistant (Hanover)
Responsibilities:
• Answering the phones and filing
• Verifying time cards for employees and payroll
• Invoicing, account receivables, and payables
• Supporting account managers with reports and proposals
• Communication with vendors and clients
Requirements:
• Good communication skills to work directly with account managers
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, and Word a must
• Knowledge of accounting software a plus with an ability to quickly learn software systems
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
